On average, how much does it cost to have carpet installed on a pontoon boat?

My husband is a "do-it-yourself" kind of guy, but it is taking FOREVER to scrape the carpet off, etc. How much do marinas usually charge to put carpet on for you? Largely depends on the layout and size of the pontoon deck. If the pontoon deck is properly prepped for new carpet, and ALL items removed that had carpet laid under them.



Some upholstery and carpet dealerships perform this duty as well, make sure to get referrals and get estimates.



I estimate somewhere at $275 to $400. Depends on how many difficult cuts have to be made to keep the carpet as one piece.
