I would like to tow my pontoon boat about 550 miles with it's cover on to prevent the bugs from collecting on it and also in case of rain. Is there a method that perhaps someone out there can share with me how I can do this without damaging the cover?

buy a large tarp from wal-mart instead of the cover and strap it down extremely well. i don't know of a cover that will take 60-70mph for that distance without damage.
