How to resurface a pontoon boat?

I have a 1989 Scotty Boat pontoon boat and I was wondering if there is a easy, simple, and cheap way to resurface it. And also to put new walls or make new walls for the boat. Also the steering tower thing is all moldy and I would like to make a new one. Any help or guidance would be amazing:) thanks|||For easy you simply take the boat to a quality repairer and try not to freak out at the eventual cost - for it will not be cheap. That is probably the simplest option as well.

For cheap you will have extensive skills and understanding in wood, coatings application, GRP sheet metal and non-ferrous metal work, all the tools and equipment needed, all the space needed in a secure workshop or yard somewhere and most of the materials to hand as seconds or freebies. You will also have time available to do the work, as the tasks you describe will take a while to plan and complete.

To attempt this with no previous knowledge may cause a fair bit of heartburn - it will be well worth investing in some books on the subject, and starting with a few small projects to gain some skills and experience.

There is nothing that you cannot do - but there is some effort needed to gain the knowledge needed to do it well enough. Take the time to gain the skills and you may find a new and very interesting pastime grows quicker than you think........|||hmmm you can see if anyone offers cleaning and repainting of pontoons or sand it and paint it yourself if your handy|||Buy another one.
