This should actually move pretty quick. My brother-in-law has a pontoon boat about that size with a 70hp on it and it does about 20 to 25mph.
With the 90hp I suspect you could ALMOST reach 30 depending upon conditions and prop pitch. In any case you should be able to pull a 'small' skier (100lbs or so).

I was in a Coast Guard class today . and the instructor was talking about his boat a pontoon with 3 pontoons the middle
one was higher that the two outside ones he said he had a 90 hp 0n it and it could do almost 35 mph I missed it when he said the make of the boat .
