Can I sell Hotdogs and soda from a pontoon boat?

I was wondering if in the summer i am allowed to sell hot dogs and soda from a pontoon boat. It would be at a local island that is a popular spot for boaters and swimmers. What do i need to go through to do this legally. I would stay in the water and not be on the beach. The island is owned by the state and anyone can go and enjoy the island.|||You would first have to get a permit from the Health Dept. This is where youu need to start. They will tell you if you can do this or not. This would probably fall into a mobile catering operation. Good Luck
